VBA - Count emails sent by user from 'Sent' box

    Good afternoon, I am really quite new to the VBA and Lotus Notes structure but I was wondering if anyone had any help or information on how I could set up code in VBA that would output a count of all the senders from a communal sent box for a certain day. So if I ran it on Friday evening it would scrawl through the sent box for Friday and output the names of all the senders with the amount of emails they sent that day. Any kind of guidance would be appreciated.
