    Gidday,

I have created a mail account for one of my users.
For some strange reason, about every 3 weeks the adminp process ( I think
this is what is happening ) is taking his name out of the ACL for his
mailfile. Hence he loses access to his email.

Does anyone know how to stop this from happeing?

    Cheers

    Hi jeDrASS

The only programs I have in Configuration / Programs is compact -b for my
    mailfiles.
Yesterday after googleing, I found a reference to the admin4.nsf and found
an old server ( no longer in production, but still listed in the domino
environment ) and removed it through the Admin Console.

When I came in this morning, I found the user had once again been removed
    from his ACL.
This time I disabled the administration server on his mailfile. Hopefully
that will stop the AdminP process from removing him again. The log didn't
show the server removing him form the ACL last night. So I don't know why it
    was missing once more.

I'll check again tomorrow and see if there is any change.

P.S. This person is accessing his email via the web browser and not a Notes
Client. I don't think that would make any difference, and I don't believe
the person is some how removing himself from the ACL each time he logs in.
