I use Lotus Notes Client 4.6.1.

    Thanks.

Are you an admin or a normal user?

Your administrator should be able to help you.

This is a problem of my replica.
Mail database on server works correctly.
    My administrator can't help me.

    Huh?

Delete your local replica and create a new one from the server?

  7. Go into your Inbox and perform a Ctrl-Shift-F9 - this will rebuild your
    view indexes.

You Inbox has become corrupt and therefore does not populate anymore.
Your server copy can be fine but your local copy not.

Once you perform this operation, new mail should start to populate your
inbox. Those messages in your All Documents will not re-populate your
inbox unless you drag n drop them from All Docs to Inbox.

  8. The local replica may have two Inbox folders. You could try opening it in
Designer to see if that is the case. Regardless, Caliban's suggestion is
the best solution - pull a new replica from the server.
