  2. I think you need to explain a little bit more what you are trying to do.
    Do you have an attached file that you want to save to a network location?
    Or do you want to create a file in a network location based on some Notes
    Submit where? Are you talking about creating a new document based on the
    form every day? Where is the data coming from?

    You need to write a little bit more about what you have, and what you intend
    to do.

    Thank you for your prompt reply!

    1. I have a view like 'All Job Request", once a job request appear, I
    want to got a SMS notification or base on the request to output a file
    to the network location.

    2. I have a 'DailyJobRequest' form and all required field have default
    value, I want to create a agent to submit this form daily instead of
    open this form and click the submit button manually.

    Thanks again for you help!

  4. (First of all, please don't top-post, and take a look at how you quote for
    easy reading)

    Create an agent that act on new or modified documents.
    Use the functions open, print # and close to create a file.
    Or if you want to send an SMS, create a mail (using the Memo form) and send
    it to an SMS gateway, or directly to any e-mail enabled phone. Then you just
    add the fields/content you want to send to the Body field on the Memo
    Flag the documents as processed after you process them.
    Create a scheduled agent that build the document in the backend and saves it
    to the database.
    You need to populate the fields with the values, if they are being built on
    the fly when the document is opened in the frontend/UI they will not be
    populated just by creating the document in teh backend. You can not use UI
    classes in scheduled agents anyway.

    Not very hard to do:

    set doc = New NotesDocument(db)
    doc.Form = "DailyJobRequest"
    doc.MyField = "Default value"
    Call doc.Save(True,True)

    This is all trivial things to do. You may want to get a book on Domino
    programming, or look in the online help for Domino Designer.
