Hi all, this is my first post. Thanks in advance for welcoming me.

How do you display the plaintext of an email in the main view? To be in a column beside subject/date/size etc.

I have thousands of emails which need the message text processed in MS Excel, en masse. They are replies to a batch of emails I sent out. I need to access a unique URL in each email. For example, the first email could mention www.website.com/1. The second might be www.website.com/2; and so on. I aim to compile these in MS Excel, as follows: select all emails > Edit > Copy As > Table. This already works for the email subject, date etc.

I am struggling to add this using Actions > Folder options > Design. I can't understand the following instructions:
    http://www.codestore.net/store.nsf/unid/DFOU-4PRG73?OpenDocument
    http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21095902

    Thanks guys
