Can you disable the gradient bubble look on buttons/toolbars/tabs in 6?

    Note I have already enabled "Use System Colors" in User Preferences,
    which cut down on some of the gaudiness of the GUI, but the toolbars
    and tabs still have that goofy plastic bubble look. Any way to disable
    that and make them flat, or at least more mildly shaded a la Notes 5?
