Hello, Working on an analysis for a small business regarding costs related to IBM Notes. I am trying to determine if there is any level of predictability to the scale of Administration/Support needs of a Notes environment as it grows in user base. For example, what are the anticipated resources required to manage an environment of 100 users.. vs 1000 users... vs 10,000 users? I have searched online and here in this forum and so far have not found too much information on this. I was able to easily find metrics related to server needs (CPU units, disk space, memory, network bandwidth etc...) but nothing for example on "How many Notes admins are needed to maintain a 5,000 user environment?"

Does anyone have any suggestions for tracking this kind of information down or have any anecdotal experience they could share as a Notes Administrator?

    Thanks in advance!
